Suzuki GSX r1000r 100th anniversary edition
Suzuki GSX r1000r 100th anniversary edition apart from the katana launch last year there haven't been any significant changes to Suzuki’s table the much awaited Hayabusa update hasn't arrived yet updates have been mostly limited to new paint or color schemes however Suzuki has launched a special 100th anniversary edition of the GSX r1000r with a distinct paint scheme that looks amazing there are no mechanical changes to the bike apart from the aesthetics the legacy behind the GSX or as their better known gixxers make this 100th anniversary edition special and puts it at number 10 on my list.
BMW r9t
BMW r9t if you like railroad motorcycles then you will surely find the BMW r90 series appeal for 2021 BMW have come up with many variants of the r9t and it seems like these will compete really well with Ducati scrambler series personally i like the BMW r90 pure variant as it comes with no frills and an old world chomp just how a retro roadster should be according to BMW motorrad's Instagram page these models will be available globally starting November 2010.
Triumphs Tiger 850 Sport
triumphs tiger 850 sport when it comes to adventure bikes the triumph tiger series is one of the best choices out there the tiger 850 is an affordable entry to the tiger series and competes with the BMW gs750 and the gs850 while the tiger is a triple cylinder the beamers are twins.
Ducati super sport
Ducati super sport if you want the comfort of an adventure bike and the sleek and mean looks of sport bike then look no further than the Ducati super sport for 2021 it gets more peningale dna with a helium update that looks much better than the previous model the Ducati super sport competes with the Kawasaki ninja 1000 which is not being updated significantly for 2021 making the super sport a great choice in the segment what's more it comes with a quick shifter as a standard a 6-axis imu and a 4.3 inch tft display bringing it to number 7 on my list.
Honda rebel 1100
Honda rebel 1100 there wasn't much going on in the affordable leader class cruiser segment with many aging models and Harley Davidson yet to announce its 2021 models officially now that was until Honda came up with the rebel 1100 for under 10 000 you get cruise control with an engine derived from the Africa twin and a low seat height that's perfect for the long haul especially for shorter riders while I’m not a big fan of the looks especially when compared to the iron 83 i must say it's a great value for the price and you get Honda reliability.
Yamaha Mt-07
Yamaha mto7 i really wish I could put the mt-09 on this list especially since i ride one however the new headlamp design has not really grown on me surprisingly it looks much better on the mt07 bringing it to number five on my list there have been tons of mechanical updates including the engine brakes display and of course the looks I’d like to cover this in another blog along with the mt09 since the updates are extensive meanwhile I’m gonna try starting at it long enough and maybe i will just start liking the new look.
Ducati monster
Ducati monster the legendary Ducati monster shed its trellis frame for 2021 leading to disappointment among many Ducati it does look greener and meaner the headlight will remind you of the envy Augusta brutality it's worth noting that the new Honda cb1000r also gets a similar looking headlight for 2021 who copied who go figure out Ducati has not put a number on the model which probably means that the monster 797 the 821 and the 1200 will be consolidated into this one model just like Kawasaki did for their z series replacing the z800 and the g1000 with the z900.
Royal Enfield Mature 350
Royal Enfield Mature 350 raw landfill motorcycles are wildly popular in India and their popularity is growing in the west as well with models like the Himalayan and others the mature 350 is a fresh model that heavily derives its design elements from the discontinued thunderbird the best feature is a gps display that comes standard and is developed in collaboration with Google the mature fits the Indian rider's context perfectly and it remains to be seen if it appeals equally to riders in other countries in India the mature competes with Honda’s new cb350 which is also an amazing bike.
Kawasaki ZX10r
Kawasaki zx10r you can get a healthy slice of Kawasaki’s world superbike championship winning tech in the zx10r the updates for 2021 include minor tech updates and a major facelift the headlamp surfaces look like they're inspired by stealth aircraft what's more it gets Kawasaki’s river mark logo that appears on motorcycles of significance like the ninja h2.
Triumph Trident 660
triumph trident 660 the middleweight naked segment just got hotter with this new entrant from triumph the trident provides a great affordable entry to the triumph brand the trident competes with the likes of Honda cb650r Kawasaki z650 and the Yamaha mt07 however none of these have a triple cylinder engine so if you're looking for that distinct 3-cylinder rumble and look no further than the trident it comes equipped with premium equipment like Nissan calipers and show a suspension the fact that this is an affordable triple cylinder in line from triumph makes it number one on my list.
Aprilia RS 660
and now the wild card entry aprilia rs660 and now the wild card entry aprilia rs660 the aprilia rs 660 is easily the most anticipated motorcycle for 2021. it has an engine derived from the rsv4 it pumps out 100 horsepower and 66 Newton meters of torque this motorcycle is something between a ninja 650 and a zx6r in terms of track performance and everyday usability the aprilia rs660 has already stirred up a lot of hype and i cannot wait to see it in the showrooms.
